<description>&#60;p&#62;05/01/2010  How I agree, particularly about junior staff (all of whom are dubbed 'senior advisors' or 'senior agents').  There is a reluctance on the part of 'Team Managers' to deign to speak to their customers.&#60;br /&#62;
My issue concerned taking money illegitimately from my account for car insurance. Saga's renewal letter states 'cancellation will take effect from the date we receive your Certificate of Insurance (CoI) OR from the date you have advised us you wish to cancel, whichever is the sooner' Don't believe it. I was away on a 2 week holiday when the certificate was sent. I phoned 2 days prior to renewal to cancel. They refused to do so and subsequently debited my account. Customer Service attempted to verbally 're-write' the contract stating that 'that only applies if you haven't received the certificate'. This is winging its way to their 'Complaints Dept' where it will undoubtedly be dealt with by a 'senior agent' and dismissed.  I will be foillowing it up with the Financial Ombudsman.

<description>&#60;p&#62;If anyone is thinking about going to Harveys furniture store to purchase anything beware. I bought a reclining sofa which they delivered broken. It then took 53 telephone calls and an eight week wait for it to be replaced. The broken sofa only took 10 days to be delivered. Some staff at the customer services department do not know what the Sale of Goods Act is even though Harveys broke the sale of goods act 5 times in the sale of my sofa. The Head of Customer Relations Mark Laws promised compensation for their breach of the Act and for my 53 phone calls that was 4 months ago and I am still waiting. Shoddy is not the word for this company. Try a back street furniture store they treat you as a customer.I hope they don't supply furniture to Coronation Street who they sponsor on ITV1, because that will bring the series down in stature.

<description>&#60;p&#62;This company recruits on a very mis leading basis. They are advertising for sales delivery drivers earning £40,000 p.a. where a brand new company vehicle will be provided.&#60;br /&#62;
They will interview you and send you out 'training' It is not until then that you find out YOU have to lease the van yourself, pay for your own diesel, buy dry ice to keep the product frozen and even buy the product you are going to sell. Your weekly expenses are in the region of £300. Also at the end of your two days training you are told that if you want to take up the position you will have to pay a £300 deposit.&#60;br /&#62;
The products are extremely expensive and the selling is extremely aggressive.&#60;br /&#62;
This sort of selling should be banned, cold calling is intrusive.&#60;br /&#62;
If a man calls introducing himself as a 'Fishman with a difference' tell him to go away, you will only be ripped off.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I had undertaken many overseas touring holidays but never with Saga. Last October Saga won the day with their 'Highlights of Malaysia' offering which, from their brochure, seemed to offer a good mix of accommodation and tour content. How wrong this was. The accommodation was excellent but the tour element, which is the main purpose of this type of holiday, failed to live up to even modest expectations. By way of explanation, I doubt whether many people would regard a visit to a tiny smallholding equates with 'a visit to a rubber plantation. To add insult the only other planned diversion for the day was a visit to an oil plantation. This amounted to our coach pulling up at the roadside alongside a plantation for a 5 minute stop. Other planned visits were to items of interest which were inaccessible and the visit amounted to a drive by.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;There were 3 couples in the small party and all complained to the tour representative but little interest was shown. All 3 couples on their return complained to Saga on their return and were met by uncomprising and obdurate staff whose sole object was clearly to avoid any responsibilty and who would rather enter into very long and lengthy correspondence than concede real responsibility even though this would ultimately cause the company more harm and damage. All attempts to contact anyone of real seniority within the company are intercepted by more junior staff which does make one one wonder who runs Saga and whether the Chief Executive has any notion of of what goes on under the guise of customer care.&#60;/p&#62;

I contact them again and a chap called Charles blatently ignored my request and give me a vauge reply ignoring the issue. A typical case of slopey shoulder syndrome!&#60;br /&#62;
They truely have the worst support I have experienced so far, the worst thing is Ebay force you to use it and charge a mint for the privalige.

&#60;p&#62;Dear ‘Customer Relations’&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I am writing to you today because I am appalled by the way Vodafone have acted in the last few days.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have rung 191 to ask for my PAC code and I spoke to a reasonably helpful lady and she said that if I cancel my contract that I will have to pay the remainder of my line rental for the rest of the contract which is approximately £330. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I don’t feel that I should have to pay this because I am not being provided with the service that I am paying for as I am unable to make calls or send text in the BN18 9AJ area. When I took a contract out with Vodafone I was aware that a contract is a 2 way thing. I was paying for a service that Vodafone had promised to provide. If you are no longer providing this service that I am paying for then why should I still pay, you have broken your end of the contract.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The fiasco started on Friday the 6th February.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My partner Richard (who is also on Vodafone) was at work in the BN18 9AJ area. He could not make any calls or send any texts and the battery was going down at the rate of knots trying to go longer distance to find a signal.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My partner asked around at work and about 6 or 7 of his colleague’s phones were not working either. Including one persons Vodafone wireless mobile internet laptop.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Then when I went to work on Saturday 7th February (in Arundel, BN18 9AJ) I was having the same problems. No calls, no texts and my battery was down from 100% to 25% overnight when I hadn’t used it!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So on Monday 9th February I called Vodafone and spoke to a woman who told me to take my SIM card out and clean it. Which I’d already tried. Then she said I will put you through to Technical Support. So she put me on hold and I was waiting for about 10 minutes listening to the naff music they play. Then all of a sudden I was cut off and I found my self being connected to another lady who said our SIM cards are old and that’s why they don’t work. So I will send you 2 new SIMs, then it will work.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We called Vodafone again knowing for well that the new SIMs wouldn’t do the trick.&#60;br /&#62;
Finally got through to a nice bloke in Technical Support who told us that there was a fault with the BN18 9AJ mast and that he would pass this information on to an engineer to go out and check it and hopefully fix the problem and that someone from Technical Support would call me back in no more than 2 days to say when this had been done. Thought wonderful great sorted!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But then 2 days passed (3 in total/72 hours needed by engineer) and nothing had been fixed. So my partner called again to see why.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;He spoke to one man who just fobbed us off with Technical Support again.&#60;br /&#62;
Through to a woman in Technical Support again and she says she will put us on hold for a moment while she checks the system for any faults. Came back and said no it’s all working fine. Then she waffled on for a while and we ended up on hold again.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Eight minutes past and then we were cut off, it went back to all our operators are busy at present. Then we got put through to another bloke and had to explain the whole problem AGAIN! And the said he’d put us through to Technical Support.&#60;br /&#62;
We were cut off again.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;This went on through about 8-10 people who each in turn cut us off.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We then received our new SIMs. No note or letter to tell us we had to activate them so we had to guess that. So we both rang up to activate our SIMs. But they still didn’t work in Arundel as my partner found out when he went to work on Wednesday 11th February.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So my partner rang again and was transferred to Technical Support 4 times and cut off by another 6 people. He’d had enough and so had I. After a while I thought, perhaps I will give it one more go. I must find a useful person eventually who won’t cut me off. They can’t all be as rude and rubbish as the ones we have had so far.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So at 7-30pm I called them again and spoke to another man and asked for my PAC code so I can leave Vodafone and he asked me why. So I explained the situation for about the 17th time and he put me through to Technical Support AGAIN. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Then after I was on hold for 10 minutes I was cut off. Dead on 8pm when their office shuts.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We are so frustrated it was so obvious what the problem is but Vodafone will not acknowledge the problem or fix it. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Not only that but each operator that we have spoken to often contradicts what another had said.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;-	The first Technical Support man called me back on the house phone as my battery was low. Then another operator tells me that the Technical support team can’t make outgoing calls. So how did the man call me back?&#60;br /&#62;
-	One operator tells me that she has checked the system for faults and says that there are no problems and that all is as it should be. Then another tells me she can have checked the system as the system is down. Was she lying?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My partner and I rely on our phones. He uses his AT WORK IN ARUNDEL. He needs to be able to be contacted 24-7 for his work. He has lost a few customers due to not being able to use his phone.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I use my phone a lot too. I work nights IN ARUNDEL. It’s my lifeline when I go out alone.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I pay 		£25-00&#60;br /&#62;
He pays	£20-00			= £45-00 a month.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;They are not providing a service that we are paying for. I wouldn’t treat anyone they way that I have been treated over the past few days. I feel like I am a piece of dirt on the bottom of their shoes. They have been no help WHATSOEVER. They are rude and I would not expect a company to have operators that hang up on their customers.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The problem is so simple. It’s blatantly obvious that the Arundel (BN18 9AJ) mast/s have a fault.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;All it would have taken is for someone to put me through to Technical Support. I’d explain the problem ONCE. They’d say thank you very much for reporting a fault. We will look into it. Then send out an engineer to fix the problem IMMEDIATELY! Then we’d all be happy. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But instead we get treated like a piece of dog doo doo on their shoes and they are about to loose 2 longstanding customers.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Up until Friday 6th February the Arundel signal was fine. No problems at all.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I then rang Vodafone again to ask for my PAC code, spoke to a lovely woman who said she would need to authorize my PAC code with her manager.&#60;br /&#62;
So I spent 20 minutes on hold and I was amazed when she actually came back. She didn’t come back with good news though. She said if I want my PAC code I’d have to pay a shortfall of £330 to cancel it. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I was in tears. This whole experience has actually made me feel ill. I just can’t cope with your “Customer Care and Technical Support” departments anymore. We have explained the problem over 20 times between me and my partner. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Now as you can see I am not a happy customer and due to way I have been treated I do not feel I should have to pay this shortfall. I wish to have my PAC code and I will go to another network that can provide the service I need and doesn’t treat it’s customers like crap!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I look forward to hearing from you. Don’t ring my mobile because it doesn’t work!! Use the house phone!! Number is at the top of the letter.&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;I am now in StCharles Hospital Kensington, being forcibly injected with anti-psychotics every night.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;During my time inside, I have had the opportunity to &#34;inspect&#34; no less than four mental institutions, both NHS and private and the strongest impression I gained was of collossal waste of fuel and energy. These places are kept at almost searingly hot temperatures, and the climate is like that of a hot, dry arid landscape. They could cause a global warming all by themselves, and I get the impression, that while the patients might well benefit from cooler temperatures, the equatorial climate conditions are maintained for the benefit of the staff, who mainly hail from the warmer regions of the world......and, of course, the bill goes to the taxpayer.... &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;As you would expect, these places are entirely organised for the convenience of the nurses, who arrogate to themseves the patients’ quiet rooms and computers, even locking them out of chapels and sanctuaries designated for their use. At South Kensington the daily papers always arrived in the middle of the night, presumably after the staff had finished with them. I, myself am forcibly and probably illegally sedated, not for my own good but to knock me out so that the nurses do not have to check on me. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The staff put the patients off speaking to me by telling them I have filthy habits, but the ones I have spoken to tell me they are being robbed blind by the support staff that are supposed to be there to help them with shopping etc. Apparently the way to ensure a patient’s complaints will be disbeleived is to diagnose him or her as a paranoid schizophrenic .&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;And here’s a name for you, people: Dr Annie Hall, psychiatric consultant. Be afraid, be very afraid. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;THE NEW MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2007&#60;br /&#62;
Is a real CATCH 22. It seems that the very fact that you have been committed to a mental institution is regarded as good reason for keeping you there, since you are an obviously vulnerable person. Vulnerable, that is, to people who want to commit you to a mental institution. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I understand, from reading the hospital Daily Mail, that certain members of the House of Lords get paid vast sums of money for making sure acts like this one are passed without difficulty.&#60;br /&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;If window companies like Anglian windows are making, windows with the lowest standards like mine, is it any wonder, that this industry is really suffering. here is a story that will shock some  of you true specialist out there, who make quality windows.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have many problems with AHI , the following has been a serious problem for over 4 years now, it has changed my quality of life, and has kept me at home, say for weekends, or even going on holidays, i cannot go out, and leave the home for more than a day,  the reason is as follows.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The windows i have been sold,  nearly all the time, including in summer months the windows, that is the frames, glazing units, and the poles, become 100% Saturated.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have vids on Utube to show the extent of this condition, these vids don't show the full extent of this, as the quality of the films are low. something to do with the file conversion.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I spend hours every day drying off windows, that is in the mornings and evenings, to keep the water content down, when i say saturated i really mean this is a very serious amount of water, forming on the surfaces, and in summer.&#60;br /&#62;
In summer after a few weeks of dry weather the windows are not a problem, as any water in the windows are eventually dried out.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have vids 1-4 on utube, this was an experiment carried out, using a dye in the water, to prove the low standards and quality of the Anglian white knight windows.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;the window design has not been changed for 15 years, as i have reliably been informed, from the BBA, the windows by design, allow water to enter into the frame, this water is then channelled out into the drains along a channel in the window it's self, if the channel is blocked or heavy rain, even for a few minutes, the vent hole at the top of the window, fills up, and enters the inner channels of the opening window.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;In the window  it's self, any condensations formed inside or water will then seep into the home through the inner glazier beading.&#60;br /&#62;
My thoughts on this is the inner channels are not welded, and any welds are only on the outside skin of the windows, so no separate channels are formed on the inside of the window structure, therefor allowing water to seep into the home.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Therefore because the windows are full or have water inside them, this is the reason i have complete 100 % saturation.&#60;br /&#62;
Anglian as stated in their brochuers  have stated these windows are the most Technically advanced windows money can buy, i bought into this Advertisment.&#60;br /&#62;
Anglian windows kept saying the condensation is in my home, i have in a desparate attempt to solve this mystery, dry lined several rooms, and a flat roof, putting in kingspan, etc, i have still got the same problems, i have a marble floor, and exposed cold water pipe in one room, and i have no condensation or wet in the home.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have 3 windows in the same room, 2 are saturated and the other window, has never been affected by the conditions the rest of the windows suffer, the reason this window is unaffected, is because  it is under cover, and no rain water ever hits it. so the vids just give a reason what is happening to the windows&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I HAVE NO TRUST IN ANGLIAN WINDOWS&#60;br /&#62;
they are hostile to the core, i have been abused by this company, they have refused to comply with building regs, i have now got on the H&#38;#38;S Executive for other reasons, and the housing minister, and hope to have FENSA and the GGF investigated for aiding and abetting AHI in it's deception, this is all another very long story, that is very complexed, check out my vids on utube, some very interesting stuff in on there, regarding some of the other problems have had to deal with, gives you some idea, how hostile this company is, all i did was make a complaint, this then followed with abuse for over 4 years.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Anglian Windows, Shocking tactics used to intimidate, Scare, Frighten, the victims of this abusive Company.&#60;br /&#62;
Many cases this year reported in the News papers, one such horror story was delt with by Tony Levene, from the Guardian newspaper, involving an 84 year old Lady's story of the hell they put her through.  Another horror story acted out by Directors on a Female Employee dubbed by the news papers, The Sales Queen, who took them to Court and won. another horror story regarding another 74 Year old Female.&#60;br /&#62;
i have heard first hand another story after having my windows done, 4 years ago, yet another elderly lone female from the Stockport Area, her daughter was telling me the way her mother was treated by Anglian, her Daughter in her 50's broke down crying, after explaining to me the ordeal she was put through trying to deal on behalf of her mother, as her Mother could not deal further, because of the amount of stress.&#60;br /&#62;
The tactics used by Anglian, are delays to the extreme, to encourage you to go away, if that doe's not work, more delays, refusal to carry out works more delays, lies, letters never answered, abuse will usually then follow, and usually continue.&#60;br /&#62;
When they have made continued mistakes, by not been able to measure up windows, refusing to put right these mistakes, on my home Causing extensive damage, and refusing to put right, 4 years later and more damage caused, they refuse to repair, their tactics is to force you to claim on your own insurance.&#60;br /&#62;
When they caused so much damage to my home, they refused to repair, or pay for damage caused, after many weeks i told them i am calling in a loss adjuster, then in an instant, they said ok we will repair via their insurers, i finally got them to put this in writing, and to this day 4 years later, no repairs, they ignore all requests.&#60;br /&#62;
I have posted many films on this in my hall of shame parts 1,2,3, and many other films on Anglian,  on utube, please visit, type in the search area Anglian windows, that will take you to the film lists.&#60;br /&#62;
They never put in the legally required spreader plates in Jan 2005, on a large load bearing bay with a brick parapet above with stone capping, this was crushing the windows as they never put in any supports.&#60;br /&#62;
Then after putting in writing they would install the legally required plates the second time. They after removing the bay to install a new one, they then said only FENSA Regs  apply, they said Building regulations don't apply to my installation of new windows. this statement was found to be a lie, used to deceive. as there is now such thing as FENSA regulations.&#60;br /&#62;
You guessed it, after installing the the windows again for the second time the windows were been crushed, putting my life and others at risk, as the glazing units could have exploded at any time, and possible collapse of the Bay,  this bay is in a 1 bedroom bungelow , so i could not ever use the bedroom.&#60;br /&#62;
Building Control wanted to prosecute, but by law this had to be done within a period of 6 MONTHS at the time, we missed this deadline, so AHI can break the Law, and refuse to comply with Building regulations and get away with it, They state on their website FENSA enforces Building regs, this is untrue, as proved, because it took me 3 1/2 years to force both AHI and FENSA to comply with building regs, by breaking B.regs, they are also breaking Health and Safety Laws, and again get away with it.&#60;br /&#62;
Then just to sign off the job, as i was complaining and asking why they had not installed the legally required plates, they had put in writing, AHI then sent in their Bogus debt collector, this man refused to give his name, or who he worked for, only stating he was a National Debt Recovery Manager, who has come to collect a debt on behalf of Anglian windows Stockport office who are Underperforming.&#60;br /&#62;
This company was still installing windows, at this time,  as they could not get the windows to fit, they sent out a  debt collector, before the job was complete, also my Installations Manager never asked for money.  not only did the debt collector demand money with menace. On a second visit he then denied he was a debt collector, when i managed to get him and my Installation Manager together, i asked the debt collector to leave, he refused, then i informed i am calling in the Police, in defiance after causing a Scene,  he went to his car, took out a Camera and started taking photos of me and my Father. despite making continual complaints about this year after year, every complaint about their employees went unanswered.&#60;br /&#62;
I also repeatedly asked for the return of the photos taken illegally, they ignored all requests just plane ignorant this company is, what would happen if it was a female family member this man was taking photos of, and they just ignore the return of photos taken, this company is an absolute disgrace, what if this man has already been taking photos of female Customers, for AHI never to answer any questions or letters on this matter is shocking.&#60;br /&#62;
filmed abuses taken place, even when i wrote asking not to send anymore employees from the Stockport office, because i cannot take anymore of the abuse, this tactic was designed to make the customer drop the complaint, after them abusing my father and hearing, the stories of the Seniors Citizens i will not give up, complaining until the Senior Management is brought to book for the abuses.&#60;br /&#62;
Consumers have to be protected from this kind of thing by Companies.&#60;br /&#62;
I Then discovered years late, just recently the Debt Collector, looks like someone who is very high up in Anglian windows, after seeing his Photo on their website under the news section, Corporate news. this Mans signiture is on the letter sent to me Signed by this man. Next to the title National Debt Recovery Manager, under a different name. by repeated pressure to FENSA and the GGF, 3 1/2 years later i get a response, and is as follows, the Man claiming to be a debt collector was infact an installation Manager, he no longer works for the company, as part of his role was to collect money when the job was finished, Anglian refuse to answer any furhter questions, on this matter.&#60;br /&#62;
Then i discovered the Man who sent out the bogus debt collector was Anglians finance Director, i recorded him saying, he sent out the Man, then i discovered and confirmed with the GGF, he is also a director in the GGF, the Glass and Glazing Federation, also the GGF own FENSA and are in the same offices.&#60;br /&#62;
Strange that the Finance Director in AHI also Director in the GGF also in the same building as FENSA, Why i wonder why it took me 3 1/2 years to force AHI to be compliant with building regs, 2 of these years it took me to force FENSA to Comply&#60;br /&#62;
The only reason why FENSA helped me was because i sent them a Recording where a Senior Manager in AHI stated Building regs don't apply to my installation. that is the only reason why they decided to help, knowing full well building regs were been broken, they knew i had been to building control, they also knew, i could not by myself force them to comply with the LAW,  also i have an email trail here to prove FENSA KEPT saying AHI wont speak to them, and they don't understand why AHI wont deal.when i eventually forced both AHI and FENSA to comply with building regs in MAY 2008, BOTH these carried out inspections and then installed the legally required spreader plates, finally.&#60;br /&#62;
Guess what happened, despite all their knowledge and so called skills, they allowed the bay to drop, through Negligence by only propping up this structure using only 1 ackro,  and refuse now to put the bay back up to it's original height, now the water on the flat roof will not drain off the roof,&#60;br /&#62;
AHI is hiding behind it's solicitors when i stated i am seeking specialist advice. In 2006, i armed myself with a Consultants report, who agreed with me and my concerns regarding the bay constuction, it took me and Consumer Direct, 9 months just to get this company on site, delay tactics used by AHI, none communication, sending appointement from their stockport office to addresses in Liverpool then stating i was not at home, ect, me and consumer direct work tirelessly every day, to get them to come and open up the BAY so evidence could be collected, when they eventually arrived on site, they refused to open up the bay, said they wore bored and left, by doing this as they seen the windows been crushed they had broken health and safety LAWS, building regs, the company is a nightmare. they break the Law and not even Consumer direct force them to comply, not even Trading Standards or the Trust Mark Scheme that is a governement Scheme set up to remove bogus and rouge builders to help proctect the Consumer. i fail to under stand why none of them will help.&#60;br /&#62;
As a home owner you are legally responsible to ensuer anyone who carries out work on your Home, that it complies with Building regulations, if you don't you could face a big fine of up to £5,000, so Anglian have left me and others, in a legal nightmare,  i am chatting to a person from Utube and they have done the same thing to him, Anglian home improvements are leaving customers homes in danger of Collapse leaving homes in a dangerous Condition, they are breaking Health and Safety LAWS, and they do not care.they just hide behind their solicitors, stating take us to court you will not win, Strange i got the same threat from the CEO of FENSA Who stated he will stand up in Court and tell the Judge that AHI are a reputabel company and they know what they are doing.And i will not win any COURT case. FENSA make no comment now, FENSA CEO stated this before he went on his hols in Oct, stating sign the deal,AHI's gagging order, which i would not sign.&#60;br /&#62;
The British Board of Agreement the people who set the standards for products in your home,are investigating at the moment and have scientist working on this case,  as i have sent them filmed evidence of extreme condensation forming on the FRAMES glazing units and poles, and proved to them in a 4 part sequence, of film, the reason i have explained is the White Knight design of windows has not changed in 15 years, and water is allowed to enter the inner frame by design, this water enters the inner seals and evaporates into the inside of the home, also water enters into and summerges the glazing unit in water, this seeps out of the inner beading all the time.&#60;br /&#62;
i would suggest to anyone who gets involved with this company, if you are not convinced of the horror stories on the web about this company and you do employ them, record everything, if you don't you will be called a liar, by them, you will be deceived and abused. you will need this evidence to prove to the world what had taken place.

<description>&#60;p&#62;aria on the net, cheap items but I've been stiffed. ordered a 37&#34; arianet flatscreen tv, received it and set it up straight away. on turning it on the picture was good but the speakers sounded horrific. so after a bit of fiddling with the connections etc i decided that the speakers were in fact faulty.&#60;br /&#62;
the hassle i had returning it !!!!! firstly to contact them to get an authorisation to return it then to print out a returns label and organise a collection. after a nearly 2 weeks still no refund. so contacted them and i got the multi questions of how i connected it up as its working ok now-surprise, surprise !! i was then advised i will be getting a call today- yeah that happened! i got through to them late and i was passed from one operator to the office that was closed !!!&#60;br /&#62;
after another call i was told they would refund the tv cost only as the tv was found not to be faulty- which it certainly was when i had it- how can i prove they are not trying to take the p155 with a faulty tv?

They said I could apply for a loan of up to £750 but there would be a brokerage fee, I said no thanks, they offered a lower brokerage fee of £15, still I said no thanks and terminated the call. A few days later I noticed a debit on my bank statement of £59.99 to No Worries! loans. I phoned them and said I had not authorized this but they said I would have to apply for a refund in writing or by e-mail, I did this and they said I would have to wait 28 days for them to investigate the matter before they could consider a refund. This left me with no money at all, they just didn't care about that. Do not use this company, No Worries! have given me a real headache

THE TEA CUPS WERE DIRTY AND ALONG WITH MANY OTHERS WE HAD TO ASK FOR CLEAN ONES EVERY DAY .THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD WAS VERY BAD WHEN WE MENTIONED THIS ALONG WITH SOME OTHER GUESTS THEIR EXCUSE WAS &#34;WE HAVEN&#60;code&#62;T GOT A CHEF ,WERE TRYING TO FIND ONE FROM AN AGENCY &#38;quot; .WE WERE GIVEN MOULDY BREAD ALONG WITH OUR PRAWN COCKTAIL OF WHICH WE SENT BACK TO THE KITCHEN .THEY EVENTUALLY OPOLOGISED SAYING THEY NEVER NOTICED IT WAS MOULDY WHEN THEY WERE BUTTERING THE BREAD -HOW THE HELL COULD THEY HAVE MISSED THE BIG PATCHES OF MOULD I WILL NEVER KNOW. MANY OF THE MEALS WE HAD FOR THE FIRST FEW DAYS WERE VERY BAD MOST NOTICEABLY WAS THEIR ATTEMPT AT MAKING A CURRY- IT NEVER HAD ANY CURRY POWDER IN IT- AND IT SEEMED TO BE MADE UP MOSTLY FROM BAKED BEANS  . I DID COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS MEAL AT THE TIME AND A LARGE WOMAN ( WHO SEEMED TO BE IN CHARGE ,I THINK , SAID &#38;quot;WELL IT TASTED ALL RIGHT TO ME&#38;quot; .ANY WAY WE ALL LEFT THIS &#38;quot;MEAL &#38;quot;AND WENT INTO TO PAIGNTONS TOWN CENTRE FOR SOMETHING TO EAT .ALL THE OTHER GUESTS LEFT THEIRS AS WELL SO WERE NOT JUST BEING AWKWARD OR ANYTHING .I SENT REGISTERED LETTERS TO THEM ASKING FOR AN APOLOGY AND A TOKEN AMOUT FO MONEY TOWARDS THE COST OF THE MEALS WE HAD TO EAT OUT BUT THEY NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO REPLY -THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.SO TO ANY ONE THINKING OF STAYING AT THIS HOTEL ,PLEASE THINK AGAIN THE PEOPLE WHO ARE RUNNING THIS HOTEL ARE TRULY AWFUL , I AM SURPRISED ITS STILL OPEN AND HASN&#60;/code&#62;T BEEN CLOSED DOWN.

<description>&#60;p&#62;we ordered our windows through Anglian back in the summer, however when the chap came to measure up we said we wanted one window less...we had already paid our deposit... he then told us that the pattern of glass we asked for was no longer available so we would have to change it, which we did... he also told us that we had been quoted for a C grade glass and they now provide B grade glass... so in other words they were not going to charge us any less for the order... even though we pointed out that we were told that the windows had B grade glass in when we placed our order.. They came to fit the windows and I rang them that day to ask why we were still being asked to pay for a window that we did not have... I was told well you changed the glass in the windows that is why, I stated that we did not want to change the glass the chap then snapped and said well why did you then? I explained that I was told that this glass was no longer manufactured so what choice did I have? they refuse to take off the cost of the window we did not have, stating that we have signed a contract to pay them that amount... We are fuming, as they have not finished the job, I have only paid the 1/2 of the amount... I have visited a glass manufacturing web site this evening and have seen the glass I was told was no longer being made, being advertised... I am fuming!!!!!
