Once again I have had the misfortune of trying to deal with their poor support.
My account has a sending limit which is reset every october, I asked for it to be reset and nothing happened. I contact them again and a chap called Charles blatently ignored my request and give me a vauge reply ignoring the issue. A typical case of slopey shoulder syndrome!
They truely have the worst support I have experienced so far, the worst thing is Ebay force you to use it and charge a mint for the privalige.
