   i bought a Packard bell PC from PC world june last year,1 week after the warrenty ran out,the machine failed.I wrote to both Packard Bell and PC World hoping as a good will geture they would sort out the comp.No such luck.I paid PC world £120 to repair the machine.It has packed up again 4 months later.
   They sold me a dab machine and will not do anything about it.
   Buyers beware
